Natalie is lawyer at Catton & Tondelstrand Family Lawyers with three years’ experience working exclusively in family law. Prior to becoming a lawyer, Natalie developed a strong foundation in family law practice by working alongside senior lawyers across a broad range of matters including those involving complex legal and personal issues.

Having completed a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Criminology and Justice in 2025 with a high academic standing, Natalie approaches her work with a strong work ethic, exceptional attention to detail and a genuine commitment to helping people navigate the family law process.

Natalie is known for her calm, compassionate and professional approach. She understands that family law matters arise during some of the most challenging and uncertain periods in a person’s life and takes the time to understand each client’s individual circumstances, priorities and objectives. Natalie is committed to providing clear, practical and considered advice while ensuring her clients feel informed and supported throughout their matter.

Beyond work, Natalie is passionate about mentoring and supporting law students navigating their studies and progression into the legal profession. She was a panellist at the University of the Sunshine Coast’s Women in Law Breakfast 2026 and a valued committee member of the Law Students’ Association throughout her degree.

In her spare time Natalie enjoys an active lifestyle and spending time outdoors, particularly at the beach or on the river.
