Charn Menzies is the Director of First Impressions at Catton & Tondelstrand Family Lawyers, where she plays a key role in creating a welcoming, supportive, and professional environment for every client and visitor to the firm. As the first point of contact, Charn ensures that all clients, referrers, and visitors feel comfortable, respected, and cared for from the moment they engage with the practice. She is known for her warm manner, calm presence, and ability to put people at ease during what is often a stressful time in their lives. Before joining CTL, Charn gained extensive experience in a range of support roles working with people across all stages of life—from infants through to the elderly. These diverse experiences have shaped her strong understanding of the importance of kindness, empathy, respect, and clear communication in supporting others. Charn brings these values into every interaction, helping to set the tone for the client experience and ensuring each person feels heard, valued, and supported. Outside of work, Charn enjoys attending footy games with her family, spending time at the beach, listening to a wide range of music, and immersing herself in a good book.
