Amanda Raines is the Support Team Leader at Catton & Tondelstrand Family Lawyers, bringing extensive experience across legal administration and client support roles. She plays a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the firm and in supporting both clients and practitioners through efficient, well-organised systems and processes.

Amanda began her career in the legal industry at a medium-sized law firm in Brisbane, where she progressed from Secretary to Paralegal. This early experience provided her with a strong understanding of legal practice operations and client service in a busy litigation environment.

Prior to entering the legal profession, Amanda worked with Brisbane City Council and the Office of the Lord Mayor, where she developed extensive administrative and organisational skills. This background has contributed to her strong capability in managing workflows, supporting teams, and maintaining high standards of service delivery.

Amanda has experience across a range of legal practice areas but developed a particular passion for family law after returning to the workforce following the birth of her children. She is committed to supporting clients with understanding and care, with a focus on helping matters progress efficiently and in a cost-conscious way wherever possible.
