Charn is our Director of First Impressions, she plays a crucial role in welcoming clients and professionals to the firm. Charn ensures that everyone who contacts or visits the office feels at ease and valued, creating a warm, inviting and supportive atmosphere.

Before joining CTL, Charn amassed a wealth of experience in various supporting roles working with different age groups- from infants to the elderly. These diverse experiences have equipped her with a deep understanding of the importance of kindness, compassion, respect and effective communication in making a positive impact on people’s lives.

Outside of work, Charn enjoys attending footy games with her family, spending time at the beach, listening to a wide range of music and immersing herself in a good book.
